Our goal is to offer the highest level of therapeutic massage to our clients and allow them to live a healthy, happy and stress free life. The staff of Therapeutic Hands Massage has extensive education with years of experience and are trained in a variety of techniques that are incorporated into each massage session for optimum results. Every client experiences pain differently and may require a variety of these techniques to be incorporated into their session. It is our job as therapists to understand the clients symptoms and create a custom massage that addresses their concerns to help alleviate their pain and tension. This is why we firmly believe that our clients should never be charged extra for deep tissue, sports massage, pre-natal, cupping therapy, sports stretching or any other definitive modality that will help them live a better life.

Casey Lauritsen, LMT
The owner and lead massage therapist grew up in a Chiropractic household and learned at a very young age the importance of body work and how it affects your well-being. This background lead Casey to begin her career in 2005 at the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Movement. She had the opportunity to work with the Tennessee Titans after her graduation in 2006, which lead her to specialize her craft in sports and deep tissue massage, after that she decided to become nationally certified in Therapeutic techniques in 2010. Since then she has had the opportunity to specialize her skills and focus on the therapeutic qualities of massage that will work for everyone from professional athletes to stay at home moms. Casey has been fortunate to obtain extensive training in a variety of techniques that she incorporates into each massage session to achieve the optimum results. Jessica Sergienko, LMT
Jessica began her career in massage therapy at Charter Health and Massage in 2011. She quickly learned that therapeutic massage was her calling and enjoys helping her clients. Jessica has been with Therapeutic Hands Massage since June 2014 and specializes in integrative therapeutic techniques, hot stone, pre-natal, cupping therapy, and various spa techniques. She listens to her clients and customizes each session to fit their goals. Jessica provides a safe and calming environment for her clients to relax and let go of their worries.
Andrena Willett, LMT
Andrena, originally from Michigan, but now calls Tennessee her home is no stranger to massage therapy. She practiced from 1996-1997 in Michigan and resigned her practice to raise her family. 15 years and 3 children later she chose to become licensed in Tennessee. Andrena graduated from Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in 2015 and is proficient in Neuromuscular and trigger point therapy followed by isometric stretching, relaxation and cupping therapy. She is trained in various techniques that promote healing and wellness. Andrena modifies each session to combine the necessary techniques needed to help her clients. She likes to provide her clients with a comfortable and relaxing environment for a moment to bring the balance back to their life. Yuting Liu, LMT
Originally from Southern China, Yuting graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies with an English degree in 2006 and relocated to Middle Tennessee in 2013. Yuting believes that massage aids in maintaining the balance between the physical and spiritual well-being. This philosophy made her decision to become a Licensed Massage Therapist very easy. Yuting graduated from The Mind Body Institute in 2018 and specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger point therapy, Neuromuscular, pre-natal, as well as Swedish massage. She aspires to learn and master different modalities, and is always looking for ways of improvement to further benefit her clients.
Jordyn Huff, LMT
Jordyn has been a licensed massage therapist since 2008 and was instilled with the importance of helping and caring for others at a young age. Born and raised in Maryland, she enrolled in the number one ranked massage school where she graduated at the top of her class. After graduation, Jordyn worked in a Chiropractic setting for 7 years perfecting her therapeutic techniques and expanding her skill set. She then went on to work as an instructor at The Central Maryland School of Massage where she taught others the skills to becoming a great therapist. Jordyn excels in custom therapeutic massage sessions where she can address the problem areas while still delivering a relaxing experience for the client. Cori Bray, LMT
Cori is a Kentucky native, Nashville planted Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015. She graduated from the Mind Body Institute and has experience working in various, well established therapy centers in the Nashville area. Cori specializes in deep tissue, trigger-point therapy, sports massage, hot stone massage as well as basic relaxation techniques. She has continuously maintained a strong list of loyal clients and enjoys working with people on specific problems they may be experiencing to help them find a path of healing that works best for them.
Cara Hardiman, LMT
Cara graduated from Cumberland Institute in 2013. After looking for a change and new career path in life she found her way with massage therapy. She feels massage therapy is her calling and loves working with clients on their wellness journeys. Her modalities include Swedish, Cranio-Sacral, Deep tissue, Acupressure, Facial Freedom techniques and Lymphatic drainage. Cara integrates these different techniques into each massage session to achieve the specific goals and needs for each individual. She aims to create a relaxing, safe space for clients to unwind, rejuvenate and heal the body, mind and spirit.
Mandy Brannon, LMT, CLT
Mandy began her career in massage after obtaining her degree in Athletic Training from MTSU. While working with elite athletes, Mandy saw a need to provide maintenance to prevent injury and enhance performance. She graduated from the Holistic Institute for Health in 2006. In 2017, after seeing a growing need for Lymphedema Therapy, she became a Certified Lymphatic Therapist through the Norton School of Lymphedema Therapy. Her modalities include Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Crano-Sacral, Lymphatic, Hot Stone, Pre-Natal, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Sports massage, and Swedish. Mandy believes everyone's treatment should be unique and customized to fit their needs.
