Question: "Where are you located?"

​Answer: ​We are located in The Spring Hill Business Park near Wendy's and Chick-fil-A on Highway 31. ** Please note that GPS will more then likely route you to the Shops of Campbell Station on Spedale Court, we are located in front of this shopping plaza next to the Capital Bank.

Question: "Do you only offer hand massage?"

Answer: ​A common misunderstanding is that we only offer Reflexology treatments for the hands and feet.  However, our therapists are highly trained and dedicated to restoring health and balance to the entire body through the practice of massage.  Our therapists listen to the client and create a custom session that meets their individual needs.  Our prices are based on the length of the session, you will never be charged extra for Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Pre-natal, Cupping Therapy or any other definitive modality used within the session.

Question: "Do you offer any type of Spa Treatments"

AnswerWhile we don't consider ourselves to be a Day Spa we do offer a variety of therapeutic body treatments and spa packages such as our Black Baltic mud wrap, exfoliating body polish, and Parafango wraps that pamper our clients and balance the stress of the day.

Question: "Do you accept walk-ins?"

Answer: While we do accept walk-in's, it is never a guarantee that a therapist will have availability at the time you arrive.  We strongly recommend that our clients call to schedule an appointment to ensure adequate time for your session.

Question: "I called during business hours but no one answered."

Answer: ​Therapeutic Hands Massage is a therapist run studio, meaning that every person you speak with in our office is a Licensed Massage Therapist.  We are dedicated to providing you with accurate and reliable information regarding our profession and answering any questions you may have, therefore, we do not have a receptionist to assist with scheduling appointments.  However, if you leave us a voice-mail we will return your call as soon as possible.

Question: "What if I lose my Gift Certificate?"

Answer:​ All gift certificates are to be treated the same as cash.  Therapeutic Hands Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates and they cannot be replaced or refunded for any reason.  Please see our full gift certificate policy on the HOME page for further information.

Question: "Can I purchase a Gift Certificate over the phone?"

Answer: Absolutely!  A majority of our clients understand that we are strictly a therapist run studio, and while we strive to assist everyone, there are times that we are unavailable to help. Purchasing a gift certificate over the phone is very simple.  We gather the information needed to fill out and personalize the gift certificate, take your payment over the phone and send you a receipt for verification of the purchase via e-mail or text.  Our staff will then prepare the gift certificate and email you a personalized confirmation letter for you to print out or send to the recipient.  This confirmation letter is not the valid gift certificate and has no value so there's no need to worry if you accidentally delete the email or misplace the print out.  We keep the valid gift certificate on file in our office for the client to redeem at the time of their appointment.

Question: "What if I can't make my appointment?"

Answer: When you schedule an appointment with one of our therapists we are reserving a specific block of time for you and your well-being.  When a client fails to show or makes a last minute cancellation you are taking the opportunity away from another client to benefit from our services.  A valid credit card is required to be on file in our computer system at time of booking to hold your appointment.  We do understand that sometimes emergencies happen and you may be unable to make your appointment, please call our studio to inform us prior to your scheduled session.  All scheduled appointments that are considered a no-call-no-show will be charged 50% of the service price for the missed appointment regardless of when it was booked.  Any invalid credit card information or declined payment may result in further billing action.
