Hours of Operation:
Therapeutic Hands Massage has a 24 hour cancellation/no show policy, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please call our studio 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session. A valid credit card is required to be on file at time of booking. All no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the total session price for the missed appointment regardless of when it was booked, any invalid or declined payment may result in further billing action.
Gift Certificate Policy
Except as otherwise stated by state law, Gift Certificates issued are only valid for use at Therapeutic Hands Massage, LLC. Maintenance, dormancy or service fees do not apply to balances on Gift Certificates. We encourage you to hold your Gift Certificate securely, Gift Certificates that are lost or stolen cannot be re-placed or refunded and Therapeutic Hands Massage, LLC shall not be responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash or credit, and all Gift Certificate sales are final and non-rufundable. All Gift Certificates must be redeemed on or before the expiration date issued. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Certificate will be the clients responsibility for the additional payment for the balance due.

Therapeutic Hands Massage has ALWAYS had high standards of cleanliness, however, our sanitation and disinfection practices are now even more rigorous due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our office has implemented new operating procedures and protocols for both our staff as well as our clients. We ask that all clients follow the guidelines presented to them upon booking their appointments to ensure the safest environment possible for both our clients and our staff.
